Dominic has been my personal fitness trainer for the last two years. I spend a lot of time at the computer and without Dominic's training I would be very sluggish and unfit by now. Although I am very disciplined in my work I would always find an excuse not to go to the gym or exercise myself. What I like about Dominic is that he gives you a personal program just for your needs, from cardio for stamina to streamlining flabby arms and thighs, and he pushes you right to your limits so you get results fast, and feel good. I exercisr 3 times a week and can certianly compare my fitness levels with a lot of women in their forties.

However, with Dominic's motivation and varied classes, I've become quite the fitness fanatic! I also follow a healthier eating plan, have lost weight, taken up hiking and feel ready to compete in a 10km race, all thanks to Dominic's encouragment and fitness planning.

Dominic is an amazing personal trainer. As soon as I get to Marbella the first phone call i make is to book my sessions. His background in Triathlon ensures you are in completely safe hands. If you want to see the results follow his advice and the time you spend will produce the results you want. I can not recoment him highly enough!
